**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting and Taxation**:

- Oversee accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger management
- Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
- Prepare data for GST, TDS, and other required tax filings.
- Assist in preparing income tax calculations and associated documentation.

**MIS and Reporting**:

- Compile and maintain monthly MIS reports, financial statements, consolidated financial statements (CFS), and other management reports.
- Analyze financial performance and offer insights to improve efficiency and cost control.
- Ensure reports are timely, accurate, and in alignment with organizational objectives.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficient in GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and other formulas) for effective reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Academic performance of above 70%.
