**What We're Looking For**
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written communication with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and professional content.
- **Interest in Recruitment & HR**: A passion for the recruitment industry or a desire to learn more about how talent acquisition works.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to come up with fresh ideas to engage a professional audience on LinkedIn.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail in content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- **Proactive & Self-Motivated**: Ability to manage time independently, meet deadlines, and work without direct supervision.
- **Familiarity with LinkedIn**: Experience using LinkedIn, whether professionally or personally, is a plus.
- **Bonus Skills (Optional)**: Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) or experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote

Expected Start Date: 09/12/2024
