**Sales Representative/Sales Executive**:

- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
- **Product Demonstration**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the EdTech solutions.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure sales deals.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their goals.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasts.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
- **Strategy Development**: Develop sales strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.
- **Performance Management**: Monitor sales team performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
- **Forecasting**: Provide accurate sales forecasts to upper management based on pipeline analysis and market trends.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
