Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Create and design engaging visuals for various platforms including websites, social media, marketing materials, advertisements, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts that align with brand identity and business goals.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
- Prepare and finalize designs for production, working with vendors and printers as necessary.
- Produce design assets such as logos, brochures, newsletters, banners, and other promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and software advancements to ensure creative solutions are modern and effective.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Knowledge of print production and digital media requirements.
