We are looking for a talented **Graphic Designer** to join our team and elevate our packaging design to reflect our brand's essence and values.

As a Graphic Designer (Packaging), you will be responsible for creating visually captivating and functional packaging designs that resonate with our target audience and uphold our brand identity. You will collaborate closely with the product development, marketing, and production teams to deliver creative solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Packaging Design**: Develop innovative and aesthetically appealing packaging designs for skincare products (bottles, jars, tubes, boxes, etc.) that align with the brand’s visual identity.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all designs are consistent with the brand’s guidelines, maintaining cohesive use of colors, fonts, and logos across all product lines.
- **Material and Shape Adaptation**: Design packaging solutions that consider various materials and shapes, optimizing for both functionality and visual impact.
- **Labeling & Compliance**: Ensure all necessary product information (ingredients, instructions, legal disclaimers) is clearly displayed and compliant with industry standards.
- **Sustainability**: Incorporate eco-friendly design practices and materials, contributing to the brand’s sustainability goals.
- **Trend Research**: Stay informed about the latest design trends, especially in the beauty and skincare industry, to create fresh and competitive packaging solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and production accuracy.
- **Prototyping & Mockups**: Create mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications for internal review and production purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience in packaging design, ideally within the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and print production processes.
- Ability to create designs that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Familiarity with sustainable packaging materials and eco-friendly design practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
