**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily **Tool Box Talks (TBT)** to educate drivers on safety practices and hazard awareness.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate safety hazards in the workplace, particularly related to driver operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Perform regular safety inspections and audits to ensure safety protocols are being followed.
- Investigate accidents or incidents to determine causes and preventive measures.
- Prepare safety reports and maintain records of training, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety across the organization.
- Provide ongoing safety education and training to employees as required.

**Requirements**:

- **PGDIS certification (mandatory)**:

- Strong knowledge of safety hazards and industry safety standards.
- Experience in conducting safety training, especially for drivers and operational teams.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
