Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and execute interior and finishing works at project sites, ensuring quality standards and timely completion.
- Review and understand BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project drawings to align with project specifications.
- Supervise the execution of false ceilings, flooring, partitions, wall finishes, and related interior works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor material usage and ensure compliance with approved quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure the finishing quality meets client and consultant expectations.
- Prepare progress reports and highlight site requirements or issues to the project manager.
- Ensure all safety protocols and site regulations are strictly followed.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Building Construction : 10 years (required)
- Finishing & Interior : 10 years (required)
