MJHSCT, a non-profit organization, is looking for a creative and passionate **Reel Editor & Content Creator** to join our team. If you're someone who is up to date with the latest trends, loves to take videos and pictures, and is eager to bring your editing skills to social media platforms, this role might be perfect for you We are looking for an individual who can capture compelling content and help boost our NGO's online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture and edit high-quality video and photo content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Stay up to date with trending styles, challenges, and formats on social media platforms.
- Create engaging reels and posts that highlight events, campaigns, and key organizational activities.
- Collaborate with the team to understand the key messages and create content accordingly.
- Ensure content aligns with the NGO's voice, mission, and goals.
- Edit and fine-tune videos, including adding music, transitions, and captions.
- Participate in on-site event coverage, including weekends (depending on event schedule).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video editing, especially for social media platforms
- Comfortable attending events on weekends (as needed).
- Experience working in the non-profit sector.
- Prior experience capturing live events and turning them into engaging social media content.
