**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting Tasks**:

- Maintain financial records using _Tally Prime_.
- Handle daily transactions, prepare invoices, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- **Typing and Documentation**:

- Accurately type and format documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of financial and administrative records.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Get familiar with the company’s products and services in a short time.
- Provide basic product-related support and assistance when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in Tally Prime** is mandatory.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new products and processes quickly.
- Punctuality and commitment to work hours (10:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in accounting and/or administrative roles.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
