We are seeking a passionate and results-driven **Digital Marketing Expert** with 1+ years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content for social media, blogs, and paid ads.
- Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Assist in managing online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **1+ years of experience** in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related areas.
- Proven experience in managing successful SEO, social media, and PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and techniques.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
- Certification in Google Ads or SEO is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
