**Executive - Accounts & Finance**

**Essential Functions/Responsibilities**
- Booking Accounts payable entry in ERP system.
- Daily submitting status of pending Invoices.
- Managing soft copies of Invoices (Scan copies).
- Approved and paid invoices on due dates, corresponding with vendors for input credit matter.
- Verified and accuracy and completeness of invoices as per the PO terms and conditions.
- Follow up with inter-departmental Store, Quality and Procurement for timely booking of Invoices.
- Strictly follow the SOPs set by the management for Account payable.
- Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders.
- Verified NON-PO invoices in line with contract, agreement etc.,
- Maintain vendor Invoices log.
- Thorough knowledge of Tax deducted at source, Tax collected at source and withholding taxes.
- Maintain booking record in physical and soft copies.
- Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department.

**Supervisory Responsibility**

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities and does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

**Work Environment**

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.

**Physical Demands**

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

**Education, Experience and Skills**
- 3-5 Years of Experience for Executive role
- Self-started and contributor in teamwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on tight schedules and deadlines.
- Open to change and willing to learn new skills.
- Ability to follow up on pending issues.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Excel
