- Initiate outbound calls to customers with overdue payments in a courteous and professional manner.
- Engage with customers to understand reasons for payment delays and encourage timely resolution.
- Explain payment options, negotiate settlements, and establish repayment plans when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Follow up with customers on agreed-upon dates to ensure adherence to payment arrangements.
- Handle inbound calls related to payment inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with the collections team to escalate issues and share insights for improved strategies.
- Utilize communication skills to build rapport with customers and encourage positive payment behavior.
- Stay informed about industry trends through training sessions.

Qualification: Any degree

Location: Across Kerala

**Salary**: ₹10,139.53 - ₹25,077.76 per month
