**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Provide pre and post sales Design and consulting services to Aruba
- HPE teams, customers and partners for various technologies and solutions.
- Provide Complete services lifecycle for the customers including Plan, Design, Implementation, Migration and Optimisation
- Plan: Creating customer requirement document and business outcome plan
- Design: Creating high level and low-level design documents based on customer requirements
- Implementation: Preparing the installation plan includes Network implementation plan and Network ready for use plan
- Migration: Preparing migration including Method of Procedure and migration validation checks
- Optimisation: Working on continuous improvement of network operations, uptime and security conformance.
- Ability to multitask and work independently when required, with little supervision or direction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface to senior levels of the customer organisation
- Formulate action plans (technical and operational) for analysing and resolving reported issues.
- Simulate customer designs in lab.
- Participate in solution development and publications for knowledge base.
- Work effectively in a team environment including Aruba and Customer colleagues; QA, engineers, and field organisations.
- Required to travel to customer sites for consulting, training purposes, business reviews.
- Provide Quarterly Customer Review meetings, providing technical status and recommendations

**What you need to bring**:
**_Education and Experience Required: _**
- Minimum 8-12 years experience in customer-facing Network design / implementation and consulting experience required.
- Bachelor degree in Computers, EEE or ECE

**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Technical and consulting experience supporting L2-L3 networking products and solutions
- Advanced expertise in network Routing & Switching
- Exposure to Aruba products and Wireless Technology
- Security knowledge would be an added advantage
- Industry level certifications like CCIE, JNCIE
- Protocols / technologies including BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, MPLS, VPN
- Experience in planning, designing & implementing Service provider or large enterprise class networks
- Knowledge and working experience on Python will be a plus
- Proficient in new trends like Network Function Virtualisation [NFV] and various SDN and SD-WAN technologies will be a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.
