Kiln, Cooler, Conveyor gantry & Trussells erection alignment and commissioning
Planning & Implementing preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance schedules through PLCM for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment & machinery
Day to day observation and measuring of kiln & cooler, shell profile & alignment, girth gear root backlash, support roller bearing condition& temperature, pinion bearing condition & temperature.
Installation and maintenance of pumps, fans, belt conveyor, vibration screen.
Preparation of daily inspection plan based on production planning & control(ppc)
Coordinating with clients and third party inspection.
Stabilization in proper maintenance in floor shop, preventive maintenance of equipment.

Pay: ₹8,459.22 - ₹46,920.73 per month
