*Job Title: Senior Tour Executive (Operations and Sales)*

1. *Tour Planning:* Design and develop engaging tour itineraries considering market trends, customer preferences, and logístical feasibility.

2. *Vendor Management:* Collaborate with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors to negotiate contracts, secure favorable rates, and ensure high-quality services.

3. *Logistics Coordination:* Oversee the logístical aspects of tours, including transportation, accommodation, and activities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients.

4. *Quality Control:* Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery throughout the entire tour process.

5. *Crisis Management:* Develop contingency plans and effectively manage any issues or emergencies that may arise during tours.

*Sales:*

1. *Client Engagement:* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and providing personalized recommendations.

2. *Sales Targets:* Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, driving revenue growth through tour package sales and upselling.

3. *Market Research:* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

4. *Promotions and Marketing:* Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, participate in marketing campaigns, and develop strategies to increase brand visibility.

5. *Customer Feedback:* Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve tour offerings and customer satisfaction.

6. *Cross-Functional Collaboration:* Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless collaboration and a unified approach to operations and sales.

*Requirements:*

1. *Experience:* Minimum of 5 years of experience in tour operations and sales within the travel industry.

2. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

3. *Sales Acumen:* Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

4. *Organizational Skills:* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage both operational and sales responsibilities effectively.

5. *Communication Skills:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

6. *Problem-Solving:* Ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

7. *Passion for Travel:* Genuine passion for travel and a deep understanding of various destinations.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
