- Recruiting OPT Students, CPT Students, EAD, GC, H4, and H1B Transfers
- Ability to generate leads of recent grads from Universities
- Convincing skills: to explain about the company and have the students join.
- Should have proper understanding of visa status like F1, CPT, OPT, H4 EAD, H1B and GC etc.
- Well-Versed with USA Geography
- Good understanding and ability to pool student contacts through Job Portals and social networking.
- Must possess some knowledge on how the recruitment process works.
- Understanding of Niche IT skills in market and must be able to educate students.
- Should have understanding about the hot IT skills and various technologies in the market.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
