We are looking for an Associate Content Editor to join our Trademark Indexing Hyderabad. This is an amazing opportunity to work on the content editing of trademark records, and CompuMark Databases. The team consists of 14 people and is reporting to the Team Manager, Trademark Indexing. We have a great skill set in content operations and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in data entry work, Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet), and possess strong communication skills.

About You
- 2 to 3 years experience in a business/customer focused environment.
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities and shifting deadlines. Skilled and experienced in data entry work. Computer-savvy.
- Strong communication (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet).
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Fluent in English

It would be great if you also had...
- Knowledge of the Intellectual Property (IP) industry, products, and services.
- Skilled and experienced in data entry work.

What will you be doing in this role?

Responsible for processing Trademark data information to prepare for input into CompuMark’s Trademark databases that are used directly by customers as well as internal personnel for creating Trademark research reports for customers. Data processing includes ingesting, updating, editing, and enriching Trademark records for input into CompuMark databases.

**Responsibilities**:
Completes Trademark data editing:

- Proofread Trademark data editing where necessary to ensure accuracy of data entry.
- Deliver high quality Trademark records by ensuring completeness, proper data structure, and timeliness of Trademark record updates.
- Assist in resolving routine data entry and system problems.
- Maintains an active understanding of the intellectual property (IP) industry and online research and grows knowledge of relevant technologies/services/industry events to improve personal skills and gain a better understanding of customer needs.

Trademark Indexing is a dynamic team in a rapidly changing industry. Accordingly, the responsibilities associated with this job will change from time to time in accordance with the Company’s business needs. More specifically, the incumbent may be required to perform additional and/or different responsibilities from those set forth above.

Hours of Work

12- 9pm IST or 2 -11pm IST (Including one hour break)
