Job Title: Tele Caller

Department: Sales and Marketing

Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Make outbound cold calls /Lead Generated calls for store

pitching to Potential Customers who wants to take Franchise of Country Mall for

promotions, inquiries, and feedback.

2. Product Promotion: Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and new

products.

3. Order Assistance: Assist customers with online orders, delivery schedules, and

payment queries.

4. Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to

the relevant department.

5. Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer call records and update CRM systems.

6. Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls from the potential customers, their satisfaction

and repeat business with the Country Mall.

7. Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.

8. Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales and customer support teams for

smooth operations.

Skills &Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years in tele-calling, customer service, or sales.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication in English, Hindi,

and local language.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Personality Traits: Persuasive, polite, and customer-focused.
- Work Ethics: Punctual, professional, and results-oriented.

Salary & Benefits:
