Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural layouts, space planning, and interior design concepts based on client requirements.

Create and modify technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.

Coordinate with interior designers to ensure design feasibility and material selection aligns with architectural requirements.

Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to ensure project execution matches design intent.

Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to manage project timelines and quality control.

Research and integrate sustainable design solutions, materials, and finishes.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

2-3 years of experience in architecture, interior architecture, or related fields.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of interior detailing, material specifications, and finishes.

Strong understanding of spatial design, ergonomics, and aesthetics.

Ability to work collaboratively with designers, vendors, and clients.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
