**Position**: Full-Time Caregiver - Shelter

**Work Hours**: 24hrs Residential staff

Mondays Off

**Reporting Head**: Zarna Jain (Head Education and Fund Raising)

**Work Experience**:Minimum 2 years of previous care-taking experience preferred.

Having worked with children in any capacity for minimum 5years.

**Educational Qualifications**:Minimum 12th standard. Basic knowledge of English.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Taking care of the children.
- Taking the children to the hospital/doctor as and when required.
- Giving medicines to the children twice a day.
- Ensuring that the children are safe at all times.
- Executing the rewards and punishments instantly.
- Co-ordinating work with other caregivers.
- Ensuring that the center remains clean and hygienic at all times.
- Managing the day-to-day petty cash requirements at the center.
- Any other responsibility that may arise and be requested of the staff at any given point of time.

**Leaves Applicable**:

- Mondays off
- 24 annual leaves
- All special leaves if criteria are met
- Compensatory leaves can be availed of within a 7day period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
