**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Maintenance**: Help with routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system backups, and virus scans.
- **Network Administration**: Support network operations by assisting with setup, configuration, and monitoring of network devices.
- **Documentation**: Assist in documenting IT processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- **Project Assistance**: Participate in IT projects and initiatives, contributing to tasks such as testing, research, and implementation.
- **Inventory Management**: Help with managing IT inventory, including tracking equipment and supplies.
- **Learning and Development**: Engage in training sessions and learning opportunities to expand knowledge in IT systems and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
