We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Supplier Relationship Support**

**Principal responsibilities**
- Create and deliver standard reporting to support law firm usage analysis and commercial management of the legal function.
- Prepare Quarterly Relationship Meeting reports.
- Support Third Party Engagement Management (TPEM) of external law firms.
- Confirm and maintain lists of approved law firms.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from Legal Market Engagement team.
- Facilitation and creation of accurate, timely and consistent reporting, enabling informed decision-making by key stakeholders.
- Maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships with Legal function members.
- Participate effectively as part of the Legal Market Engagement team.
- Collaborate with Legal Innovation to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Comply with legal risk management requirements set out in the Group Standards Manual and Legal FIM (Facility improvement measures).
- Comply with Supplier, Third Party Management, and Procurement policies and procedures.
- Master’s degree in finance, or equivalent with minimum of 5+ years of experience in Procurement/ Supplier relationship
- Legal Operations and Commercial Management experience helpful, but not essential.
- Strong Excel and data analytics capabilities.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, with an excellent attention to detail.
