Job Title: Computer Teacher

Location: AISECT Dindyal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra, Hazaribag, Jharkhand

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop instructional materials, lesson plans, and teaching aids to support effective learning.
- Assess the learning needs of students and adapt teaching methods and strategies accordingly.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and projects.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their growth and development.
- Identify and address individual learning gaps and challenges to ensure student success.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the computer curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong command over teaching Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and computer fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching and supporting students' learning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Experience in designing instructional materials and lesson plans will be an added advantage.
- Teaching experience in a similar role is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hazaribag, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Computer skills: 1 year (required)
