**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
- Conduct B2B calls to generate leads, build business relationships, and schedule client meetings
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or business directories
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, meetings, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calls, conversions, and scheduled meetings
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve results

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or B2B lead generation is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in initiating business conversations and handling professional clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in [Insert Language(s), e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]

Pay: ₹2,500.00 per month
