**Job Profile**:
Ensuring the Quality & Food Safety for raw material and finished products.

Implementation of Incoming material, In-process & Final production inspection, Quality plan based on the input from Production, Purchase & customer as per TAPF-Guidelines.Documentation & Implementation of ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, review of HACCP Plan whenever any change in Process Flow/Yearly basis, conducting Hazard Analysis, Identification of CCP/OPRP/PRP verification/Validation for the same.

Responsible for quality of all incoming raw materials as per TAPF Guideline.Awareness to Employees of TAPF by Providing Training related to Food safety, Quality & continual improvements as per Training calendar.Responsible for all Internal/External audits, MRM, audit preparation, its observation & NC closure as per the system Requirements.

Ensure that all Raw materials used are good quality and properly cleaned.Achieving the requirements of 10- Quality Matrices as per TAPF Guidelines.Recipe compliance - monitoring & control Personal hygiene compliance - monitoring & control Production Process compliance - monitoring & control As per FSMS requirement sample analysis of all RM, Finish goods from internal/External Lab Responsible for housekeeping & pest control activities.

Customer Feedback/Complain handling as per customer feedback/complain handling procedure to reduce/analyze customer complaints with Corrective action Report.Recipe trial to improve the quality of food, sensory evaluation for the same and report sharing to the top management with NV analysis of menu & Meeting the NV requirements as per MDM guideline.

Process monitoring and control as per the management systems GMP audits, 5S Audits, Kaizen & continual improvement Project.Synchronization of all the processes related to Quality/Production and Food safety as and when required to streamline the system.

Any other Task provided by Top Management of TAPF as per Organization Requirement.

Trend analysis of critical QC requirement such as Process Parameters, CCP, OPRP, Pest control activities, Lab results etc.
