**Job Role**: Junior Graphic Designer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization**: Generate innovative design ideas based on project goals and requirements.
- **Visual Design**:Create captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, marketing materials, ads and other platforms.
- **Brand Consistency**:Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with marketing teams and other collaborators to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to bring designs to life.
- **File Management**: Organize and manage design files, ensuring accessibility and version control.
- **Print Production**: Prepare and deliver print-ready files, considering color profiles and resolution.
- **Deadline Management**: Meet project deadlines and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on design trends and technologies to improve skills and stay competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- **Creativity**: An eye for detail and a strong creative flair.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Mastery of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- **Communication**:Effective communication and collaboration skills to understand and convey design concepts.
- **Typography**: Expertise in selecting and using fonts effectively.
- **Color Theory**:Knowledge of color combinations and their impact on design.
- **Adaptabil**ity:Ability to adapt to changing design trends and brand preferences
