The incumbent will report directly to the Manager of Account Executives. In this role, the individual will be a producing team leader and will closely oversee the work flow of Senior Accounts Executives who are assigned to a team of MBOs. This role will entail coordinating work flow of all AEs assigned to this team, as well as, the administration and execution of mortgage loan processing and pipeline management. This role will include the implementation and communication of strategic marketing initiatives in the regions in conjunction with the MBOs. This role requires client and intermediary interaction.

S/he will interact daily with a team of MBOs to manage mortgage production, and coordinate the distribution of production to the AE team. The incumbent must have a strong working knowledge of applicable mortgage regulations. In this role the Team Leader will oversee the teams’ proper execution of policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent will be responsible for pipeline management with the team of MBOs’ that s/he will support. This includes managing the MBOs’ and clients’ expectations and inquiries throughout the process.
