**Title**:Operations Intern

Are you a proactive and resourceful individual ready to kickstart your career? Join us as an Operations Intern and work closely with our team to manage telecom, data center, and vendor operations. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in backend operations, vendor management, and technical troubleshooting, with the possibility of securing a permanent role based on your performance. Interns demonstrating outstanding performance may be considered for a full-time role.

**Tenure**: 6-Months Internship

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with telecom operators for procurement and management of telecom resources.
- Coordinate with data center vendors for resource procurement and management.
- Oversee vendor relations for asset procurement and management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to assets and servers.
- Handle internal and external queries through our ticketing system.
- Address day-to-day admin-related queries and operational needs.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Graduate (BBA preferred).

**Skills**:

- Strong oral and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent networking, interpersonal, and resource management skills.

**Experience**: 0-1 year in backend operations or related fields.

**Work Environment**:

- Work-from-office only, based in Noida, Sector 2.
- Willing to work flexible hours and roster-based timings (including Sundays).
- 6-day workweek.
- Availability to travel to data centers in different cities of India as needed.
