**Qualification** : Any graduate or MBA
**Experience **:6 months + in the relevant field
**Job Description -**
- To appoint/ recruit new general Insurance Advisors/Agents in the territory and generate the new business through them.
- Preparing monthly plans of business and implementing them for achievement of desired performance.
- Explaining & Training the Advisors/Agents, about the products of the company with the necessary documentation.
- Motivating the Advisors for the sales and better services to Customers.
- Developing the full potential of the team so that each one of them achieves their respective targets.
- To generate new business in the field of motor and other non-motor Insurance.
- Ensure sustainable growth of cross vertical business.
**Salary Range** - As per the Industry Norms.
**Skills required**: Good communication skills & Sales Flair
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
