**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's IT products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate how the company's offerings can address those needs.
- Build and maintain a customer database for follow-up calls and lead nurturing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Handle objections and challenges from customers and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and information about potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions to stay updated on new IT products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to maintain a competitive edge.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and upsell additional products or services when possible.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager or supervisor.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in an IT or technology-related company.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Adept at handling objections and closing deals.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services is a plus.
- Persistence and resilience in a high-pressure sales environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field may be advantageous.
