**Role Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote our products and services.
- Explain our brand story, product features, and benefits effectively to generate interest.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads to convert them into sales.
- Follow up with shipping partners and customers for raised customer queries to ensure timely resolution.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and essential details in the CRM or database.
- Address customer queries, provide product information, and resolve basic questions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all calls.
- Assist in promoting special offers, seasonal discounts, and new collections.

**Must-Have Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills and persuasive speaking ability.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work under targets in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
