We are looking for experienced Western Vocal Instructors to join our dynamic team at Bangalore Global Music Academy (BGMA), an innovative online music academy dedicated to providing high-quality music education.

If you are a motivated and skilled vocal teacher with a strong sense of professionalism, commitment, and a passion for helping others develop their voice, we’d be excited to have you on board.

BGMA is a professionally run online music academy — not an open teaching platform or freelance marketplace. We’re looking for a committed vocal instructor interested in a long-term association.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online one on one vocal lessons for students in Western vocal styles (e.g., Pop, Rock, and other contemporary genres)
- Teaching students of all ages and skill levels (children, teens, and adults).
- Work with students to develop their vocal range, technique, and performance confidence.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with students and parents.
- Ensure students stay motivated and on track to meet their musical goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in vocal music and a deep understanding of Western vocal techniques.
- Experience teaching online lessons via video platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive and encouraging attitude towards students’ learning.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to delivery timelines.
- A collaborative attitude, with a focus on working together to enhance student outcomes.
