**JOB DESCRIPTION: FABRICATOR**

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and skilled Fabricator to join our team. The role involves interpreting blueprints, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials to create high-quality products that meet client specifications.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Read and understand technical drawings and schematics.

2. Translate designs into finished products.

3. Cut, bend, shape, and assemble materials using tools like saws, grinders, welding equipment, and machines such as CNC cutters or lathes.

4. Assemble components accurately and securely.

5. Test finished products for strength, precision, and quality.

6. Inspect materials and finished products for defects.

7. Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

8. Maintain and repair tools and machinery, and keep the work area clean and organized.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Proven experience as a fabricator or similar role.

2. Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding, or machine operation.

3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical documents.

4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

6. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

This job is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and creating tangible products from raw materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
