**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Branding & Visual Identity**
- Ensure all designs align with SAGA and its allies viz Ethecs Holiday’s, Exploria, Z-Pro, Ask4Car, etc with the brand guidelines, including color palette, fonts, and tone.
- Maintain visual consistency across all platforms—digital and print.
- Assist in refining the visual identity for sub-brands like Club Ethecs

**Marketing Collateral Creation**
- Design visually engaging brochures, flyers, standees, banners, and travel itineraries for domestic and international packages.

**Digital & Social Media Content**
- Develop static and motion graphics (reels, stories, GIFs) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute content calendars.
- Design campaign creatives for digital ads (Google, Meta, etc.).

**Website and App Design Support**
- Work with developers to ensure UI/UX consistency and optimal design usability.

**Corporate & B2B Design Needs**
- Create professional pitch decks, membership proposals, and corporate travel brochures.
- Support internal branding for presentations, reports, and documentation.

**Video Editing & Multimedia**
- Edit short-form promotional videos, destination teasers, and testimonial compilations.
- Add motion graphics and animation elements for enhanced engagement.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand campaign goals and convert briefs into visuals.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

**Print Production Management**
- Prepare and deliver print-ready files.
- Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality control and timely delivery.

**Innovation & Trend Awareness**
- Stay updated with current design and travel trends.
- Introduce fresh, creative ideas to make SAGA and its allies visual communication stand out in the competitive market.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Experience with design systems and style guides.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, etc.).
- Experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
