Supervise and lead the nursing and support staff in the assigned ward, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.

Oversee daily operations, including patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, to ensure efficient patient flow and utilization of resources.

Collaborate with medical teams, including doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care.

Monitor patient care activities to ensure adherence to established protocols, procedures, and quality standards.

Assess and address patient needs, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, charts, and documentation for all patients in the ward.

Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that necessary medical equipment, medications, and materials are available for patient care.

Handle administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.

Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the overall quality of care and safety within the ward.

Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in patient care and management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Valid nursing license and relevant certifications required.

Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols.

Proficient in using healthcare management software and electronic medical record systems.

Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions while maintaining composure.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
