Badminton Coach

We are hiring for Badminton coach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute training programs tailored to individual players or teams to enhance their badminton skills, including techniques, footwork, and strategy.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, focusing on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning.
- Assess players' abilities and progress through observation and analysis, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Organize and supervise practice sessions, drills, and match simulations to simulate real-game scenarios and improve players' performance under pressure.
- Prepare players for competitions and tournaments by refining their game strategies, mental preparedness, and match tactics.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and innovations in badminton coaching techniques and training methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and relevant stakeholders to provide progress updates, address concerns, and coordinate schedules.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated proficiency as a badminton player and coach, with a deep understanding of the sport's techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players of various ages and skill levels.
- Certification or accreditation as a badminton coach from a recognized organization is preferred.
- Knowledge of sports science, injury prevention, and conditioning methods is beneficial.
- Prior coaching experience and a passion for helping players reach their full potential are essential.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
