Video Editor

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Edit raw footage into compelling and visually appealing videos, adhering to the company's style and guidelines.

2. Review and select the best shots, sequences, and angles to create seamless and impactful video content.

3. Incorporate music, graphics, and special effects to enhance the overall quality and impact of videos.

4. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and contribute innovative ideas during the editing process.

5. Maintain an organized and efficient file structure for easy access and retrieval of video assets.

6. Continuously stay updated with industry trends and editing techniques to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge and modern video content.

7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, deadlines, and feedback.

8. Ensure all videos are edited and delivered within specified timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

9. Provide input and support during pre-production and post-production phases to ensure a smooth workflow.

10. Optimize video content for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and presentations.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as a Video Editor, showcasing a strong portfolio of edited videos across different genres.

2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After effects or other relevant tools.

3. Solid understanding of video composition, color correction, and audio editing techniques.

4. Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and resolutions for optimal output across different platforms.

5. Strong creativity and storytelling skills to create visually engaging narratives.

6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

7. Strong communication skills to effectively interpret and implement creative feedback.

8. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

9. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.

10. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
