**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand voice, goals, and target audience across multiple social media platforms.

2. Create high-quality and engaging visual and written content for social media posts, including images, videos, infographics, GIFs, and captions.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and generate ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.

4. Research industry trends, current events, and relevant topics to stay informed and incorporate trending themes into content creation.

5. Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.

6. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

7. Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms using scheduling tools.

8. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

9. Analyse social media metrics and insights to track content performance and identify areas for improvement.

10. Stay updated on social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content strategy and tactics.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in creating content for social media platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing writing, design, and multimedia skills.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging audiences.

4. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

5. Familiarity with video editing tools and techniques.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only
