**Roles and Responsibilities: - Please mention in below table.**

1Should be able to handle Coal fired Boiler,Hot air Generators,Thermopacks,Compressors,ROplant,DMplant,ETPetc

2Ensure compliance to all legislative and statutory requirements.

3Perform safety self-audit routinely in Systems and Utilitiesareas

4Ensure the Site Protection Plan is well practiced and fully understood by the entireteam

5Audit all internal and contracted works to agreed levels of completion andcompliance.

6Rapid response to all site wide reactive and emergency issues appropriately as theyarise.

7Preparation of documents for contract tender andrenewal

8Project management and supervision of work completion for site widecontractors

9Identify and eliminate long term chronic issues on all site Systems and Utilities

10Identify and eliminate the root causes of persistentbreakdowns

11Reduce frequency and duration of planned maintenance activities, while maintaining and improving overall plantreliability

12Develop monitoring systems to improve the reliability of the siteservices

13Support the ‘stop and fix’ principle by providing rapid support to majorissues

14Provide coaching in tools and techniques to the Facilities team, at the appropriatelevel

15Develop KPIs which demonstrate the correlation between Systems and Utilities effectiveness and lineperformance.

16Utilities availability for Steam, Compressed Air, Refrigeration, Water Supply and Effluent

17Line downtime from Utilities failure Display on site performance boards, KPIs showing trendanalysis

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
