**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
- MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in stressed asset management, banking, financial restructuring, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of asset recovery, insolvency processes, and financial regulations.
- Proficient in financial analysis and due diligence.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software/tools.
