About the Opportunity:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide **software product demonstrations** to clients and users
- Document queries, issues, and feedback accurately
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through prompt responses
- Participate in **client meetings** for requirement understanding and feedback
- Communicate clearly in both **spoken and written English**

**Requirements**:

- Excellent **communication skills** in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Must be **outspoken**, confident, and willing to speak with clients directly
- Willing to take up **any tasks related to support and client communication**:

- Ability to **listen actively** and explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Must bring their **own laptop**:

- Must work **on-site** from our **Perungudi office**:

- **Positive attitude** and willingness to learn new tools and communication strategies

Training & Support:

- Full **product training** will be provided during onboarding
- Support in developing skills for **client communication, demos, and handling queries**

Terms & Conditions:

- Internship Duration**:6 months**:

- **Performance evaluation** at the end of internship to determine full-time eligibility
