**External Job Description**:
- 1.Time Office Management (On-Roll):
oAccurate tracking and reporting of on-roll employee attendance.
oTimely notifications for missed punches and follow-ups on leave and regularization requests.
oMonitoring of overtime hours in accordance with the Factory Act, ensuring compliance.
2.Compliance Management:
oAssist in maintaining labor law registers and records.
oSupport the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly compliance returns.
oEnsure tracking of overtime limits and continuous working hours to comply with regulations.
oContribute to clearing audit non-conformities (NC) and ensuring ongoing compliance.
3.Contractor & Vendor Compliance:
oCollection of monthly compliance records from contractors.
oAssisting in conducting regular compliance audits.
oFollowing up with contractors to ensure the timely resolution of compliance non-conformities (NC).
4.Employee Welfare (as per Factory Act):
oSupervise welfare measures to ensure compliance with factory standards.
oProvide support for employee welfare initiatives and activities.
5.Social, Legal & Compliance Audit:
oAssist in monthly contractor compliance audit documentation and record management.
oEnsure proper storage and management of compliance documents.
oSupport in the preparation of documents for internal and customer compliance audits.
6.Industrial Relations:
oPreparation and scheduling of Works Committee meetings.
oMaintenance of meeting minutes and ensuring prompt resolution of discussion points.
oCultivating positive relationships with employees to create a healthy work environment.
7.Report & MIS:
oPreparing actionable point records from Works Committee meetings and tracking their completion.
oMonthly analysis and reporting on contractor compliance audit results.
oPreparation of detailed reports on contract labour management and factory compliance metrics.
