**Site Management & Supervision**:

- Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety regulations.

**2. Safety & Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure workers follow regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
- Report accidents, hazards, and ensure corrective actions.

**3. Quality Control**:

- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Identify and rectify defects or deviations from the project plan.
- Maintain records of work progress and quality checks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
