**Job description**
- Process and run assigned project steps, attend meetings, organize time, and resources.
- Work with the Migration team and customer to plan out Migration Tasks, needed hardware/storage requirements based on the written SOW written instructions p rovided.
- Work with customers in gathering business requirements for data migration needs
- Prepare data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off
- Document steps, track hours and update the Migration team, Customer, and project management.
- Self-lead - Migrating customers from Source Archive to Target Archive.
- Perform data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting.
- Perform migration and testing of static data and transaction data from one core system to another
- Design, plan and manage the data migration process
- Perform source system data analysis in order to manage source-to-target data mapping
- Report migration progress to the customer and or team for each project
- Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the data migration plan
- Develop best practices, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities

**Qualifications/Required Skills/Experience**
- Bachelor or equivalent degree
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Data Migration and M365
- Strong work experience within the IT industry, with experience in using TransVault or similar migration tools and process steps to successfully migrate customer data from current archives to new archive platforms like M365.
- Attention to detail is a must
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high pace environment.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including the English language

**Desired Skills/Experience**
- Experience with On-Prem and online archives
- Experience with any data migration tools
- Experience in Reporting using any reporting tools (for example - PL/SQL etc)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high pace environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BitTitan and or Forensic Collection Background a plus.
