**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the school, including academics, staffing, administration, transport, and maintenance departments.
- Grow School student strength.
- Oversee the implementation of the ICSE curriculum while ensuring compliance with academic standards and regulatory requirements.
- Building a team which can oversee school operations in Academics, Support and Transport.
- Supervise and mentor the teaching staff, ensuring high-quality instruction and continuous professional development.
- Responsible for finding qualified staff for the proper running of the school.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between academic and non-academic departments like transport, maintenance, and other support services.
- Collaborate with department heads and take regular reports on school functioning, particularly from transport and maintenance departments.
- Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment, encouraging student growth in both academics and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure alignment with the school’s mission of holistic education through sports, arts, and co-curricular activities.
- Develop strategies for improving academic performance, ensuring excellent student outcomes in ICSE exams.
- To be accountable for implementation of RTE and any other government norms/legal compliances pertaining to education. To ensure all staff members are aware of the same.
- Develop +1 & 2 (ISC) for the school
- Creation of the annual budget according to the mission and vision of school expansion, in keeping with timelines and procedures recommended by the Board.
- Engage with parents, community members, and stakeholders to promote school activities and maintain a strong school reputation.
- Oversee residential program.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Principal or in a senior leadership position in an ICSE school.
- Demonstrated teaching experience with ICSE and CBSE syllabus.
- A proven track record of leadership and school management, having worked as a Principal in at least one ICSE school.
- Strong leadership, and excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle staff management, and oversee supportive departments such as transport, maintenance, and other essential services.
- A vision for holistic education that includes academic excellence, sports, and co-curricular activities.
- Passionate about fostering student growth and creating a nurturing school environment.
