**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and persuasive individuals with a passion for fitness and flair for communication to join our on-ground Sales Team in Mohali. If you enjoy helping others, love interacting with people, and want to grow in the booming fitness industry, this is the role for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers via calls, messages, walk-ins, and leads to pitch Fitwiser's services.
- Understand customer needs, fitness goals, and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert inquiries into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle walk-in inquiries at our Mohali center professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for campaigns and updates.
- Stay updated on the latest offerings, fitness trends, and customer engagement techniques.
- Represent Fitwiser with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

- Basic understanding of fitness industry trends, training styles, or nutrition (optional)
