**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Patrolling**: Regularly walk or drive around the premises to monitor for any suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or potential security breaches.

**Access Control**: Verify the identity of individuals entering the premises, ensure they have proper authorization, and deny access to unauthorized personnel.

**Surveillance**: Use surveillance equipment, such as cameras and monitoring systems, to keep a close watch on the premises and detect any unusual activities.

**Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches, and take appropriate actions to mitigate the situation.

**Alarm Systems**: Monitor and respond to alarm systems, including intruder alarms, fire alarms, and other security-related alerts.

**Report Writing**: Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations in written reports, which may be used for legal or investigative purposes.

**Crowd Control**: Manage crowds and maintain order during events or gatherings to prevent disturbances and ensure the safety of attendees.

**Customer Service**: Provide assistance and information to employees, visitors, and customers while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

**Risk Assessment**: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to enhance the overall security of the premises.

**First Aid**: Administer basic first aid when needed and assist emergency medical personnel in providing care to individuals in distress.

**Collaboration**: Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other security personnel when necessary to handle more complex situations.

**Training**: Stay up-to-date with security protocols, procedures, and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.

**Preventive Measures**: Enforce rules and regulations to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches, and deter potential offenders.

**Fire Safety**: Monitor fire safety equipment, conduct fire drills, and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.

**Conflict Resolution**: Handle conflicts and difficult situations calmly and professionally, defusing potential confrontations before they escalate.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or training)
- State-mandated security guard license or certification (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Attention to detail and the ability to remain alert and focused
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and first aid
- Familiarity with security equipment and surveillance systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
