Key Responsibilities:
1.Attend and minute internal and external board and committee meetings.2.Arrange logistics for board meetings, including travel and accommodation.3.Preparing and filing documents with Companies House4.Capital reductions/dividends and use of Diligent Entities5.Updating the corporate governance trackerMaintain statutory records and assist with FCA filings.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
