**ey Responsibilities**:

- Perform **functional**, **regression**, and **integration testing**across marketing campaigns and data flows.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and ensure quality delivery.
- Identify, document, and track **bugs and inconsistencies**using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Conduct **data validation**and ensure proper segmentation and audience targeting.
- Automate test scripts using tools like **Selenium**, **QTP**, or **Marketing Cloud’s built-in testing capabilities**.
- Participate in **requirement reviews**and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in **Salesforce testing**, preferably with **Marketing Cloud**.
- Experience with **QA methodologies**, **test automation**, and **SDLC**.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

**Preferred Tools & Technologies**:

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Selenium, QTP
- JIRA, TestRail
- SQL, AMPscript
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript
