- **Progress Monitoring**:Tracking client progress through regular assessments and adjustments to the training plan as needed.
- **Nutritional Guidance**:Offering general advice on healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices to complement the fitness program.
- **Safety and Risk Management**:Ensuring a safe training environment and addressing potential health risks.
- **Motivation and Support**:Providing encouragement and positive reinforcement to help clients stay on track with their fitness journey.
- **Business and Marketing (if self-employed)**:Promoting their services, managing client relationships, and handling administrative tasks.
- **Communication**:Effectively conveying instructions, providing feedback, and building rapport with clients.
